On May 25, 2013, Ms. Erma Pellant died of pneumonia at the age of 89.  Ms. Pellant was a member of the Ladies of Charity (LOC) at St. Mark the Evangelist Church in Adelphi, MD for twenty-five (25) years.

She served as treasurer of the LOC unit for over twenty (20) years.  Also, Ms. Pellant was co-founder of the Bereavement Committee at St. Mark’s for over twenty (20) years.  Her leadership and dedication in giving service to those in need will truly be missed.  May her soul rest in peace and may her rewards be plentiful in the glorious kingdom of God.  We love and miss you, our dear kind and gentle Lady of Charity.
