The Ladies of Charity of the Archdiocese of Washington (LOCADW) attend the Annual Christmas Party at St. Ann’s Center for Children, Youth & Families. The Archbishop of Washington, His Eminence Donald Cardinal Wuerl was in attendance as well. Also, Sister Sandra Goldsborough, DC (former Spiritual Moderator for the LOCADW) came down from Emmitsburg, MD for the festivities.
